SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We will exchange or refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us by emailing support@norsekoden.com to request the return of an item before returning. Note that Sales and Pre-ordered items are final SALE and not eligible for a refund. Exchange of size might be an option if still in stock. Please ensure the original tag is attached and that you're able to present a valid receipt. Items must be unworn. Once your return product is inspected and approved for return, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the item and if the return is approved or rejected. If you are approved, the refund will be processed and you will receive either an e-transfer, or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

 

Purchases can be returned in person (Vancouver, BC) or shipped after arrangement by contacting: support@norsekoden.com. Please note that you have to pay shipping costs for the returning item and that shipping costs are not refundable.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a fault in the fabrication process. Contact us with description and photos of defects at support@norsekoden.com

Shipping Policy

Canada

We use Canada Post for shipping within Canada, shipping price is scaled depending on value and location.

 

The shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order. We also have an option for local free pick up if you  happen to be in Vancouver.

       

Canada Post Expedited Parcel includes tracking,  $100 insurance and the parcel is sent as Do Not Safe Drop* unless customer ask for other options. You can purchase more insurance for higher value purchases if you wish. NorseKoden is not responsible for packages that go missing after we ship them.

Contact us at support@norsekoden.com if you want shipping to US. We will give you an estimate on request, when you are including an address and what you wish to order.

 

Shipping Time    

Canada Post Expedited Shipment takes 1-4 days within BC and up to 8 days within Canada.

When will my order arrive?  

After the order has been placed you will receive an order Confirmation to the e-mail address you specified when ordering. We will process the order within 2-5 days unless a product is a pre-order. When your order is shipped from us, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can trace your order.

 

Unclaimed packages

If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent them by our provider, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return and a handling cost if required.

 

Shipments are normally stored for no longer than 15 days by our shipping providers before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and wish to return the item, you must first pick up the package and then return according to the instructions under our return policies. 

 

*Do Not Safe Drop. Canada Post will do delivery attempt at the door, and, if no one is available to receive the parcel and the parcel does not fit in the mail box, then the parcel will be made available for pickup at the designated post office.
